Challenge #4

Challenge 4 involved making ATC or Artist Trading Cards. Each person was to make 2 cards. The first card was to honor your partner - the second was to be about someone you love.

Amber's first card (upper left) was showing Chris' love of music and concerts. Chris' first layout (lower left) was about Amber's photography. Amber's second card (bottom right) was showing her three boys. Chris' second card (upper left) showed her granddaughter Maddy.

Challenge #3

Challenge #3 involved selective coloring. We were to use selective coloring on the main image of our layout. We were also to journal at least 20 words, and to use some highlighting in those words as well. We were also to use at least 1 date element in our layout.

Chris did a gorgeous layout entitled "A Lifetime of Memories"



Amber chose to use a winter picture of her son Owen in this layout entitled, "Baby It's Cold"

Challenge #2

Challenge #2 had a theme of "5 thing I love about." For the title, you had to use a total of 5 different fonts/alphas. We had to use 5 photos and at least one photo had to have the number 5 in it. We also had to use 5 different elements of the same type.

Challenge #1

Our first challenge with ADSR5! The first layout was to be about our partner. We had to include at least one photo of our partner and we had to scraplift one of our partners layouts!

Season 5 Here We Come!

Well, it's that time again. A new season of ADSR. This will be the fifth year, but it is number 2 for Chris and myself. It helps to be a veteran, I think - nice to know what to expect. I still expect a lot of hard work, but also a lot of fun! Stay tuned for our layouts!

Challenge #9

Challenge #9 was to scrap a hertiage layout. The requirements were that the layout include a photo with at least 2 generations, lace, something metal, at least one flower, & a vintage or retro-style element.

Chris did a layout with Marc's sister and their grandmother.

Amber found a photo with her dad & aunt, their mother and grandmother.
